Energy Spectrum Partners

Lakewood Midstream is a portfolio company of Energy Spectrum Capital, which has managed or currently manages cumulatively over $2.3 billion in assets.

Energy Spectrum Capital ("ESC") was founded in 1996 to manage private equity funds that make direct investments in well-managed companies that acquire, develop and operate midstream energy assets. Midstream assets are commonly known to include oil and gas gathering and transportation systems, processing and treating facilities, and storage facilities.

As an established, leading private equity group dedicated to the midstream energy industry, ESC is a valuable partner to management teams seeking to build energy companies and create equity value. The partners of the firm have spent almost all of their careers in the energy industry, with more than 175 years of collective experience in finance, investment and management roles.

Since inception, over $2.3 billion of equity capital has been raised from corporate and public pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, banks and other institutional investors. ESC closed its sixth midstream private equity fund in 2011, adding $1.0 billion to equity under management since inception. An affiliate, Energy Trust Partners, has raised and manages separate funds totaling $874 million, which are targeted at investments in upstream exploration and production opportunities.
